Rick Williamson

I began my real estate career in 2002, working alongside my wife, Debbie, at EWM (Esslinger Wooton & Maxwell) in Weston, FL. EWM was a well-respected independent brokerage that was later acquired by Warren Buffett. During our time there, we were consistently recognized as top producers. In 2008, we relocated to Key Largo, FL, where we continued our real estate careers with Swartz Realty. In the years that followed, I explored other professional ventures, including establishing my own yacht refinishing business. While I maintained my real estate license, I kept it inactive, assisting my wife as needed in her transactions. Recently, I made the decision to return to real estate full-time, joining the REALTORS® Association of Lake & Sumter Counties (RALSC) and becoming a proud member of Black Tie Realty Inc. in December 2024.
