Luis Marquez
Licensed Real Estate Professional
As a proud Florida native, I have a deep love for the Sunshine State. I grew up in Dade City as the middle child of five and graduated from Pasco High School in 2014. After high school, I pursued my passion for service by furthering my education in the fire service. Upon earning my fire certification, I worked full-time as a researcher and marketing assistant for a real estate appraiser in Tampa, which first sparked my interest in the industry.
In 2016, I achieved my goal of becoming a firefighter when I joined The Villages Fire Department as a Firefighter/EMT. Today, I serve as a Firefighter/Paramedic and remain deeply committed to helping others in times of need.
Real estate has always intrigued me, and after gaining firsthand experience in the field, I made the decision to invest in my future once again by earning my real estate license. Now, as both a dedicated Firefighter/Paramedic and a Realtor, I take great pride in assisting others—whether it’s rushing into a burning building or helping families find their perfect home.
I am hardworking, persistent, dependable, and bilingual, and I bring the same level of dedication to my real estate clients as I do to my work in public service. I look forward to guiding buyers and sellers through one of the most important decisions of their lives with integrity, passion, and a commitment to excellence.
