Michelle Dyer – Vice President of Marketing, Black Tie Realty Inc. With a career spanning over three decades, Michelle Dyer brings a wealth of experience in both healthcare and real estate. She began her professional journey as a Registered Nurse in 1989, working in a step-down trauma unit before discovering her passion for home health care. Devoting the majority of her nursing career to home health administration, she earned her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) in 2017 and remained a dedicated leader in the field until her retirement from nursing in 2021. Michelle’s passion for real estate started in 2007 when she earned her real estate license. Her expertise and leadership skills led her to obtain her Broker’s license in 2022, and she now plays a pivotal role as the Vice President of Marketing at Black Tie Realty Inc. As VP of Marketing, Michelle works behind the scenes to empower Black Tie Realty’s agents with strategic branding, lead generation, and market positioning. She oversees marketing campaigns, social media outreach, and advertising strategies to ensure maximum exposure for listings while reinforcing the company’s reputation for professionalism, experience, and excellence. Her ability to blend strong leadership with creative marketing helps drive the success of both the agents and the brokerage.
