After spending 27+ years working as a Senior Loan Consultant in Rochester, N.Y. The Cold and Snowy Winters encouraged my Wife and I to relocate permanently to The Villages. We Bought in Jan. 2010 and rented the property out for 4+ years until we were ready to come down Full-Time in Jan. 2014. I planned to continue my Mortgage career and also become a Realtor, so I obtained both Licenses and began my work here in Florida. At the same time I decided to start a Home Watch business in The Villages, to take care of SnowBird's properties when they went back to their Northern home, as well as help Owners who wanted to rent out their homes when they were not using personally.
The Home Watch business grew at an outstanding rate going from 3 properties in 2015 to 56 as of March 2016. On top of this my R.E sales grew to $2.5+ Million in 2015 and $3.6+ Million in 2016, so I decided to give up my Mortgage License and concentrate on Real Estate and growing my Home Watch Service. I currently have 120+ Homes on my Service of which 40 are rentals and my R.E. business continues to grow.
I enjoy helping people as they explore Buying in The Villages and the surrounding areas and then giving them the "Peace of Mind" that their home in The Villages is safe and well taken care of when they go back North.
