Most Folks who live in Central Florida tend to agree that Central Florida is a great place to live, to play, to raise a family and to enjoy your retirement years. As a native to this area, I wholeheartedly agree. My Grandfather’s Grandfather was born and lived in central Florida as did my mother. And I, also, was born and grew up in Central Florida. After High School, I entered the University of South Florida (Tampa Campus), and ultimately graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering/Computer Science. It was a wonderful time to be a Comp Sci student as Computers were just beginning to become prevalent. Now, if I have an issue with my computer, I call one of my grandchildren and they get me back on “track”. Amazing! The grandchildren know more about computers than do I! My father was well known in the Lake County Area. Most new him as “Preacher”. Our home was often filled with an assortment of Lake and Sumter County Parishioners, relatives, friends and acquaintances. My Parents door was always open to those seeking prayer, help, and guidance. Our Living Room became a gathering place. And to that, I fault my love for gatherings with friends and family. So, my friends and family, I thank each and everyone of you for your friendship, your loyalty and your love.

In 1996, I had been working with the Israel Ministry of Tourism encouraging and helping folks to visit The Land of Israel. It was a wonderful experience and one of the greatest highlights of my life. However, changes in my life dictated a change in profession. For several I had been forming an interest in Real Estate and thought it would be Interesting, Challenging and Rewarding to work in the world of Real the Estate. The opportunity was there and I took it. Within a few weeks, the dream became a life changing reality of almost 30 years. For that, I thank all of the many loyal friends and colleagues who gave to me their gift of trust, support and loyalty. For some, we searched for the perfect, lifelong home. For others, we searched for their retirement Dream home. And the list goes on. And, many times, we know the home is the “right home” when we see the SMILE!
